Do you want to track your order? When your order is shipped, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation” email from our support address, including your tracking number. Depending on the product ordered, it may take up to 7 working days for this email to be sent. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check the status of your delivery.

The order numbers do not update immediately with the delivery status. If your tracking number indicates that it is currently unavailable, don’t worry – your order has been shipped and is on its way to your local post office. The tracking should be updated within a few working days. Depending on the destination, the delivery of the order may take between 5 and 15 working days.
